I’m Cindy- a yoga therapist, fitness and yoga teacher, grandmother, aspiring yogi and a perpetual student! I love to explore new places and cultivate deeper relationships with others and with myself through yoga, meditation and travel. There is something so magical about stepping out of your daily routine to see things with fresh eyes!

I have over 25 years experience teaching yoga and fitness as well as training yoga teachers and fitness leaders. I have studied extensively with numerous teachers and programs, including Buddhist Meditation, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Somatic Movement.

My seminar’s and Teacher Trainings have been presented throughout Canada, the US and Japan and I’ve led retreats around the world.

I would love you to join me in this journey to the beautiful island of Mallorca, Spain, where we will delve into yoga, strengthen our connection to one another, ourselves and the natural world. ( and have a lot of fun too !)
